With over 15 years of experience in Engineering, Quality Control, Project Management, Software Developement and Training, Trish brings a wealth of experience to Damarc Quality Inspection Services.  Trish's background includes quotes, pricing, proposal submittals, design drawings of pressure vessels in Auto/CAD, assembled and completed all QC documentation including ASME Data Reports, travelers, calculations and document packages.  Trish initiated a program to successfully obtain ASME 'S' stamp, implemented a program to retain ASME 'U' and National Board 'R' stamps, wrote weld procedures and arranged for qualification testing, maintained welder continuity documentation, designed pressure vessels using COMPRESS software to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and customer specifications, drew special nozzles and saddles in Auto/CAD, assisted estimators on selecting appropriate materials for ASME and other codes of construction including work on various Fluid Power applications and setups. Trish has an Associates Degree in Fluid Power Engineering and is a Certified Fluid Power Specialist. Meet Adrian! Adrian has over thirty (30) years of experience as Project Manager and Consultant in charge of world-wide power energy projects working for companies in Europe, Canada, South America, Africa, Asia and the U.S.A.  Adrian holds USA Patent No. 6,289,585 B1 which is related to substantial improvements the Power Energy Sector.  His experience is in design, calculation, materials selection, manufacturing, assembly, testing, inspection and maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair modifications of all equiment at power generating plants which includes power boilers, HRSG's, pressure vessels, power piping, GT and ST turbines, generators, rotating equipment, heat exchangers, all Balance of Plant (BOP) Equipment as well as high-voltage transmission lines, substations, breakers and installation and testing of high-voltage transformers.  Adrian also has an in-depth knowledge of various codes and standards including ASME, API, ANSI, DIN (German), BS (British Standards), EC/EU Codes, NBIC (repairs and modifications), B31.1, B31.3 (piping), GOST (Russian) as well as additional various local codes and regulations as required by local authorities in other countries.  Adrian holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Post -Graduate diploma, Industrial Design, Licensed Boiler and Pressure Vessels Inspector, Ontario, Canada and is an Authorized Inspector (A.I.) National Board Certificate of Competence.
